2. during our conversation dwp official suggested they help by ensuring rent and other payments were organised and paid by cooperation between dwp and victory housing. I agreed as benefits and pensions payments were being disrupted.
3. essentially wdp and victory housing would take control of the payments.
4. dwp and victory housing failed to maintain the payments.
5. dwp and victory housing blamed me for their failure.
